Aero Axios uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies. There is no advertising, no analytics profiling and no third-party tracking.

1. What we use, and what we don't

Every cookie the platform sets is strictly necessary — it exists to sign you in and keep you signed in. We do not set advertising cookies, we do not share cookie data with ad networks, and we do not build profiles of visitors across other websites.

Because all of our cookies are strictly necessary, no consent banner is required to set them. If we ever add an optional cookie, we will ask first.

2. The cookies we set

Cookie	What it does	Expires
`aa_access`	Holds your short-lived access token so the server can authenticate your requests. HttpOnly — browser JavaScript cannot read it.	Session (cleared when the browser closes)
`aa_refresh`	Holds the token used to renew your session without signing in again. HttpOnly, and rotated every time it is used.	Session (cleared when the browser closes)
`aa_tenant`	Remembers your operator code so the sign-in form can pre-fill it. Not a secret and not used for authentication.	30 days

3. Browser storage

Alongside cookies, the app keeps a small marker in your browser’s sessionStorage to tell a reloaded tab apart from a reopened one. That marker is how closing the app signs you out. It contains no personal data, never leaves your browser, and disappears when the tab does.

Some screens also remember small conveniences locally — a chosen tab or a collapsed panel. These stay on your device and are never sent to us.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the two token cookies will prevent you from signing in — they are what carries your session. Clearing aa_tenant only means typing your operator code again.
