Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Aero Axios, operated by Eraaz Tech. By creating an account or using the platform you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an operator, you confirm you are authorised to bind that operator.

• Accounts are issued to named individuals and must not be shared.
• You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity under your accounts.
• You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
• Roles limit what a user can see and do; assigning them correctly is the operator’s responsibility.

Each operator is on a subscription tier, and the tier sets how many aircraft may be registered:

• Starter — up to 5 aircraft
• Professional — up to 10 aircraft
• Enterprise — up to 15 aircraft
• Elite — up to 20 aircraft

The limit is enforced by the platform: once a tier is full, registering a further aircraft is refused until the plan is upgraded. Changing tiers takes effect immediately. If a plan is downgraded below the number of aircraft already registered, existing records are preserved and remain readable, but no further aircraft can be added until the fleet is within the new limit.

Where our pricing page shows the top tier as “20+”, the figure above is the allowance actually enforced by the platform. Fleets larger than that are accommodated by separate written agreement, and the enforced allowance is raised accordingly.

You retain all rights in the data you put into the platform. We process it only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for having a lawful basis to process the crew data you upload.

Aero Axios computes flight-time limits, rest, currency and certificate validity from the records and the ruleset you configure. It is designed to refuse rather than approve when a rule cannot be satisfied.

It does not replace the operator’s own accountability. You remain responsible for the legality of every roster you publish, for the correctness of the ruleset you configure, and for compliance with your AOC and your regulator. We do not provide regulatory or legal advice.

• Do not attempt to access another operator’s data, or probe, scan or test the security of the platform without written permission.
• Do not upload malware, or content you have no right to upload.
• Do not resell or sublicense access without agreement.
• Do not use the platform in breach of applicable law or aviation regulation.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may take the platform down for maintenance, and will give notice for planned work where practical.

We may suspend an operator’s access for non-payment or for a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the platform at any time. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
